Why I Travel


When you go somewhere, you're not just making memories but letting them go. Some places let you forget things you wish never happened.
Memories of an ocean of regrets, the memory of your first heartbreak, of guilt for screaming at your mother, memory of losing a loved one, the memory of an ex-lover, of child abuse, the memory of suffering in silence, of the times you locked yourself in a room for days, memory of when you felt empty. Of everything, but nothing.
You bring back memories and leave a few behind. That's why you need to go and let go. Let it flow from you to everywhere you leave a footprint. Be it the ocean or the hills...
